Welcome to the Over the Wicked Rainbow Prom!
Come join us for a night of fun and dancing at the Granby Theater with DJ Nakylla! Get ready to dance the night away under the rainbow lights and wicked beats. This is a night you won't want to miss!
Put on your best outfit and get ready to make memories that will last a lifetime. Don't forget to bring your friends along for a night of laughter and good times. See you there!
Rainbow Prom is a place where local LGBTQ+ youth (ages 13-19) can show up as their authentic selves and celebrate their relationships and self-expression in an affirming space.
Come dance the night away with your besties, partners, and/or chosen family! Or come solo and meet some new friends! In addition to having DJ Nakylla spinning the best teen dance beats, we will have delicious finger foods catered by the Granby Theater and contests for:
Most Classy, Most Fabulous, Best Dancer, Most Colorful & Best Runway Walk
General admission is $30 per person, which you can purchase through this page. Capacity is limited, so don't wait too long to get your ticket! You won't want to miss this event!!

Unable to afford the ticket price? We understand that these costs can be barriers for some youth to participate in prom, so fear not! Please email [email protected] to be considered for free tickets.
This event is being organized by PFLAG Hampton Roads, the LGBT Life Center, and local high school GSAs (Gender & Sexuality Alliances; Gay/Straight Alliances). It is also graciously being sponsored by Dominion Energy.

Parking:
