Join us for a special event showcasing some of our favorite pintxos and tapas from across Spain, featuring both locally sourced and imported ingredients. We’re excited to share that Michael Fox, head chef of the revered Sushi E, is reuniting with El Pingüino to elevate the evening with his expertise and innovative flair. The Ouzo family will curate an exquisite selection of wines and cocktails.
Please note that we will be preparing traditional dishes and cannot accommodate modifications for non-meat eaters or plant-based diets. Expect a menu rich in seafood and meat.
The event will have two seating times: 6-8 PM and 8-10 PM on Monday, January 6th, at the beautiful new Ouzo Bar and Dining in Darlinghurst. The restaurant has two levels, and guests from the first seating are welcome to enjoy drinks on the upper level while we smoothly transition to the second seating. Conversely, the bar will be open for pre-dinner drinks for those in the second seating.
We’re also excited to have our longtime friend, Jonathon Carey, curating a selection of records to soundtrack your dining experience. We can't wait to see you there—come hungry! xxx
