Outwith: Nidra in the Museum

Lisa Mulube from The Yoga Social CIC in conjunction with the Wellbeing though Heritage project are looking forward to bringing this unique experience to this iconic Dunfermline venue.

“Nidra at the Museum”

Step into the main museum space, lit by candlelight, bring a mat, pillow and a blanket and experience a yoga nidra steeped in history.

This session will focus on yogic breathing, meditation and yoga nidra to create a space to deeply rest and restore the body and the mind.

Inclusive and suitable for all over age 16.

You can lie down or sit in a chair if that is your preference.

There will be light refreshments afterwards.
