Di is Director of En Point Solutions and Group GM at Splatt Lawyers, with a career spanning people leadership, technology, risk, and operations. Known for her straight-talking, values-led approach, Di brings clarity, candour, and commercial insight to every conversation.
She’ll be judging our signature Outlier Thinking Challenge, where teams explore creative solutions to real-world leadership challenges.
