Outdoor Morning Yoga Nidra & optional Plunge PoolSun 7th Sept 10am
You are invited to spend a Sunday morning in nature along the beautiful Rivelin trail.
Morning nidra helps to re-set and refresh your day in beautiful nature, a wild meadow next to the Rivelin Trail surrounded by trees
We will meet at 9.45am Rails Rd Car park, then walk along the short trail to the meadow for some morning yoga nidra and breathwork, followed by an optional invitation to plunge into the dip pool (at your own risk )
What to bring
snacks and drinks
Bring a yoga mat,
water,
swim stuff,
swim shoes
Change of clothes
Hand Sanitizer
Sunscreen
Towel.
Wear sensible walking shoes and bring a weatherproof coat/hat
Any walking/swimming is at your own risk. Cold water swimming can be dangerous, check with your GP if you have any underlying health issues
There is a short climb down to the plunge
