About this Event
Join us for a vinyasa yoga practice that will bring balance between your body, mind and soul while connecting with nature.
Our practice is beginner-friendly and accompanied by meditation and breathwork that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. ??♀️?♂️?
Meet us at the downtown side of Peace Bridge.
Please arrive on time to sign in by 6:15 PM, no late coming allowed.
Class goes from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, it's every Thursday in July and August.

Pay $10 in cash prior to class

$35 for 4 outdoor sessions.
Pass expires in September 2024. No refunds.
