Join us for an invigorating outdoor yoga class in a park and connect your practice to the natural elements!Classes are open to practitioners of all levels. Expect a combination of flowing sequences, static poses, and mindfulness practices to improve your strength, flexibility, and focus.
Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while you practice, and don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. Dress comfortably for outdoor activities.

Class Schedule:
- Wednesdays, 6.30pm - June 5th to September 25th, 2024
- Mondays, 6.30pm [July and August only] - July 8th to August 26th, 2024
Each class lasts 60 minutes.
Classes cost $10.
You can register for a single session or purchase a summer pass that includes access to all classes and a 10% discount.
