Yoga with Meditation and Breathwork. Sol Life is beyond excited to be partnering with Shannon of Firefly Yoga. Shannon will gracefully guide you through the beautiful spring energies of the Full Pink Moon. Combining Breathwork and Meditation with Graceful Body Movements.Connect to your Body & Mind and the energies of the Pink Full Moon. Saturday April 12. Begins at the strike of 8:30am. Please bring a mat and blanket (recommended). The backyard is all natural and maybe lumpy. :) Dress accordingly to weather. At 9:45am- Ceremonial Cacao will be served following the Yoga experience.
Parking in the grass is allowed, just be thoughtful to everyone.
