Start your morning with an energizing all-levels vinyasa flow, followed by a chance to connect with new friends over a post-class coffee at Remnant.

Your instructor, Linnea, is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher at CorePower Yoga and Republic. She brings a dynamic power vinyasa style that encourages intentional breath, a strong mind-body connection, and a spirit of play—especially when it comes to inversions.

Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. We can't wait to flow with you!
