Let's welcome in spring at Black River farms,with some yoga and wine. This will be a slow moving, beginner class. New yogis are welcome. If you are more experienced this would be a nice chance to slow down. Bring a mat and any props you like to use (blocks, blankets, straps etc.).Practice will be outside, weather permitting. Glass of wine is included in the cost.
