Join M8 Yoga community with Vinyasa classes to move while contributing to a bigger cause ??‍♀️

These classes are open level and anyone is welcome to join, from beginners to advanced level practitioners. They will begin and end with meditation and breath work, and the asana practice can always be adjusted to your level.
