With the weather warming up, it's the perfect time to take our workouts outside. Join us and meet new friends as we grunt, sweat, and laugh together!
When? Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 am
What? Outdoor workout sessions that include:
- Warm-up
- 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact (no jumping) workout
- Cool-down
- Total session time: 1 hour
What to bring?
- Towel or yoga mat
- Water
Who should join?
- Gym Rats: Enhance your form and deepen your routines with challenging bodyweight exercises.
- Beginners: Start your fitness journey with just your body weight—no equipment needed.
- Coming back to fitness: Ease back into a routine that fits your pace.
- Everyone else: If you're looking to get outside, get moving, and make some new friends, this is for you!
Modifications are available to suit all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Let’s get fit, enjoy the great outdoors, and have some fun together!
