Come Sweat With Us Outside!! What you should expect with this workout?
This will be a hybrid workout that starts with a dynamic sports movement warmup, Core circuit, HIIT Cardio circuit and then finishing with a Strength Circuit. To end the day will be a twist, then following will be a cooldown.
We will be having these 3 separate *Pods* of 6 stations of exercises. Consistent with a normal F45 workout, you will rotate through these stations.
The timing for these exercises change, similar to Checkmate; we will have 2 sets 45-15 for 1 lap on core, a split of 45-15 split for 2 laps, 1 set on the cardio, and 2 sets 35-25 for 1 lap on strength.
To finish the workout we will be having a Bonus Knockout round consisting of 3 minutes - 30 second rounds.
