Experience the drama of outdoor theatre this summer at Anglesey Abbey. The Lord Chamberlain's Men, now in their 21st year, are performing Shakespeare's greatest romantic comedy, Twelfth Night, in the gardens on Saturday 23 August.Sit back and enjoy one of Shakespeare's masterpieces performed in the open air with Anglesey Abbey's Jacobean-style country house as the backdrop. Please bring your own low-backed seating. Picnics, sun hats, sun cream, sunglasses, raincoats and rain hats should all be considered!
With a history stretching back to William Shakespeare’s original company, the Lord Chamberlain's Men present this joyous play as he first saw it – in the open air, with an all male cast and Elizabethan costumes, music and dance.
