Surrounded by nothing but birdsong, this serene sanctuary offers the perfect escape from the noise of daily life.
🧘♀️ Weekly Sound Healing Sessions – Friday Evenings 7:30-8:45pm
These weekly sessions are a chance to slow down, unwind after a busy week, and begin your weekend with a deep sense of clarity and calm.
What You Can Expect:
**This special outdoors session takes place in the gardens of The Temple. However if the weather is bad we will move the session to be indoors instead. I will inform all participants on the day if this is needed.
During the session I will guide you through a 75-minute journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — quartz crystal bowls, ocean disc, chimes, bells, and the beautiful, ethereal crystal harp — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
How Sound Healing Works:
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help rebalance areas of stress and tension in the body. At The Sanctuary, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and simply be.

What to Bring:
✔️ Yoga mat (to place on top of the memory foam mats I provide)
✔️ Warm thick blanket (you may feel cooler as your body relaxes, and also considering the session is outside)
✔️ Cushion for your head
✔️ Water
✔️ Optional extras: eye mask, additional pillows or bolsters for support
Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound vibrations wash over you.
Please Note:
Sound healing is generally safe, but may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pacemakers, metal implants, or if you're in the first trimester of pregnancy. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
