Experience the restorative power of a sonic sound bath with hand selected artisan gongs and harmonizing singing bowls with Kristi of Mystic Heart

For your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’ - bring:
- Bring a yoga mat or blanket
- Small pillow for your head to rest
- Optional: a rolled towel or bolster for under your knees
- Optional: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
- Wear something cozy & comfortable.
- Dress for outdoor weather.
- Meadow opens about 20 minutes before event
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome
- This event is non-refundable and non-transferable
We will gather together behind the studio. Pass the studio's door, continue down the walkway to enter the meadow.
