Come and join us on 21st May at Salhouse Broad for our outdoor relaxing sound bath session surrounded by nature.This experience simply involves lying down on a mat, getting cosy and comfortable and then closing your eyes to focus on the the sounds of nature combined with the sound and vibrations of our deeply calming gongs and singing bowl and other soothing sounds.
Starts at 18.30pm, but please arrive by 18:15 to allow yourself time to get settled
We will be holding this session at the top of the camping field and will be signposted.
✨ All you need to bring is a blanket and a pillow. We will have mats available, but please feel free to bring your own and also wear comfortable clothing

Salhouse Broad Car Park is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Broad and the camping ground. So please allow time to wander up.
