Join us for a 45-minute all levels outdoor workout on turf at Christy's Garden in Paristown on the third Monday of every month! Paristown is located just down the block from our Highlands studio.Your high-energy Instructor will empower you to work at your own level and intensity. You can expect cardio drills, strength exercises and lots of fun. Bring a mat and water. Don't forget to stick around after class for complimentary Elixir Kombucha samples!
