Participants will learn ways to use their outdoor pizza oven and learn about different crusts that work well with these types of ovens. Each guest will make their own 12 inch Artisan pizza that we will cook in our Pizza ovens on our Patio. Pizzas can be enjoyed out on the patio or brought home. Beer and wine is available for purchase. This class is approximately two hours and is appropriate for ages 16 and up.
