Join us for a bright and beautiful start to your Saturday with an immersive vinyasa flow class outdoors, in the spacious Cinquantenaire Park!In our yoga class you will be guided through a creative vinyasa flow that will include elements of core work, strength building, and unique breath exercises.
Some yoga experience is recommended, and all are welcome. Teacher, Issy, will provide options to modify or advance your postures.
