In the fast-paced world we live in, finding an hour to hit the gym or a fitness class regularly can feel impossible. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, fitness often slips to the bottom of the list. That’s why I’m introducing a new approach — 30-minute mini-workouts designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time.

Mini-workouts are short, focused workouts — typically between 15 and 30 minutes — that pack the effectiveness of a longer class into a more accessible format. Instead of needing an hour or more, you can get a complete, high-quality session that still improves strength, mobility, and endurance.

💁♀️ How I Structure My Mini-Pilates Workouts
Each class is carefully designed to make every moment count. All sessions include a warm up at the beginning and also a short stretching at the end.
We focus on controlled, mindful movement that builds strength from the inside out — with special attention to core stability and alignment.
In the cooler mornings, we will alternate between short bursts of intensity and active recovery to elevate heart rate, burn calories, and boost endurance.
The classes are adaptable for all levels, and deliver tangible results when practiced consistently.

💶 Price: Only €5 per session
What you need: your mat, comfortable clothes, some water
Come as you are, move with purpose, and leave stronger than you arrived 💪🌅

❗️NOTE : The classes will be held with a minimum of 2 people and in case of good weather. Therefore, please always check the group and your messages before you go, to be informed in case of class cancellation.
