Ease into your summer Sundays with a blissful 45 minute mindfulness session which will help you release stress and tension, and connect to nature and yourself
SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS TO EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS
- Guided mindfulness meditations outside, led by an accredited and experienced mindfulness teacher
- Gentle tension-melting stretches to release stress and feel good
- Meditations and movement will vary each session to keep it fresh
- £5 for one session, or book all 5 sessions for £20 (getting one session for FREE!) by using the code OUTDOOR20 at the checkout
- Mats not provided

IMPORTANT NOTICES
In the event of rain or other (not dry) weather conditions, the event will still be taking place - just check your emails for an update on the meeting spot!
It is recommended that you wear warm and comfortable clothing and bring water and a blanket/mat/chair to sit on.
Mindfulness can be considered a very safe practice that is unlikely to be harmful to participants. However, there are certain circumstances in which mindfulness is not recommended. These contraindications can be found in the Terms and Conditions on our website www.mindful-meets.co.uk.
