KTX Hip Hop Step Class – This is a high intensity, cardio step aerobics class that can be scaled down with modifications to suit all fitness levels. The step routines are repetitive and easy to follow. They are choregraphed to Hip Hop and R&B music that generates a party atmosphere.The instructors create a judgement free environment by engaging with the class members and making everyone feel welcome regardless of where they are in their individual fitness journeys. This is a great way to get an amazing workout, listen to great music, hang out with phenomenal people, develop a fitness family, and work towards a healthier lifestyle.
• The step used for the class is a 4-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost you heart rate and strengthen your muscles.
