Welcome to our Outdoor HIIT Bootcamp! Embrace the fresh air with a high-energy workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned athlete, you'll find the perfect challenge here. SUN or RAIN, join us for a fun, supportive, and invigorating fitness experience in the great outdoors! You will be led in this group fitness activity by Personal Trainer Bianca Reyes, Personal Trainer Adner Pierre, and Wellness Coach Valeria Soto. Join us on three Saturdays—August 17th, 24th, and 31st.
