Join us for a tranquil morning yoga session as we observe fall coming in Crane Park Flower Garden in Kalamazoo! This outdoor class is the perfect way to start your day surrounded by nature's beauty. All Beings at any place in their mobility are welcome to stretch, breathe, and find your center.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket or three, and a water bottle. Flexibility not required.
