A course for outdoor leaders, forest school leaders, scout leaders and others who will be cooking as part of their delivery outdoors.The aim of the day is to combine the theory of food safety with the enjoyment of cooking lunch in the outdoors developing good practice guidelines in hopefully a fun, interactive manner.
Delivered by Blake training the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering course is delivered as per the syllabus. The addition to this training is that we look cooking outdoors and look at the hazards associated with this practice and how we ensure safe practice
