Enjoy complimentary outdoor classes from a rotating schedule of Arsenal Yards fitness studios every Monday at 5:30pm, from May 6th - June 10th*

If you are not familiar with Pure Barre, it is a low impact, high intensity total body workout that delivers amazing benefits to your body, mind and soul. Pure Barreās technique is focused on small isometric movements designed to benefit women and men at every fitness level. Its low impact approach protects your joints to reduce injury while increasing strength and endurance through lengthening and toning. In 45-50 minutes, four separately tailored classes feature musically driven choreography for a continuously fresh total body workout. * Classes are free, but RSVP is required. Guests will check in upon arrival. Registration opens two weeks before the class.
For check in, the easiest way to reach the Arsenal Green is by entering through the River Green (in between Buttermilk & Bourbon and Shake Shack). You will see a big sign for Arsenal Park and check in will be just beyond the sign.
Please bring your own mat and water.
