Join the fun! A workout like no other! Use of upper and lower body (Run, Burpees, Squats, Sit-ups, Lunges, etc.) Use of small weights, jump ropes, slam ball, mats and more.
Enjoy the old Montreal waterfront scenery with a dynamic fitness coach, a fun and motivating atmosphere without the judgments, easy for everyone to participate. No previous experience required, the private coach will adjust with the participants’ training levels.

-Guidance and Support
-All weights, Ropes, Balls, Mats are provided for the class
Bring your running shoes, comfortable clothing. Dress according to the weather. In the case of rain …. the fitness coach will use alternative venues or canopies and tents to accommodate.
