The iRock ENDURO is the ULTIMATE TEST of speed, power, and stamina! It encompasses four endurance disciplines: running, skiing, rowing and cycling.

Run: 3 Miles

SkiErg: 1 Mile (1,600 meters)

RowErg: 1 Mile (1,600 meters)

Cycle: 10 Miles

Event Rules

Each athlete must complete all four disciplines in the order outlined above.There will be no partners or teams allowed in this event.Athletes will be individually timed on each discipline and for overall time which includes the transition from one discipline to the next.All Athletes must be present and ready to begin at their heats designated start time.

Heat Times

Heats of 10 athletes will launch starting at 8:00am and every 20 minutes following

8:00am Heat 1 (Advanced/Competitive)

8:20am Heat 2 (Advanced/Competitive)

8:40 am Heat 3 (Intermediate/Competitive)

9:00am Heat 4 (Intermediate/Competitive)

9:20am Heat 5 (Non-Competitive)

9:40am Heat 6 (Non-Competitive)

Individual Discipline Winners Run, Ski, Row, Cycle (Fastest time - Male and Female)

Overall Male and Female Winners 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (combined discipline time Male and Female)

Overall Winner 1st place overall (combined discipline time)

Event Entry

$50.00 Includes T-Shirt and refreshments from sponsor Liquid Death

Doors will open at 7:00am. Athletes are more than welcome to spend the entire morning or show up before your scheduled heat time. Awards will be given following the event. Event results will be posted on the iRock Strava Group Page.
