Join KC BizCare, in partnership with Busey Bank, as we honor the grant recipients of the Mayor's Outdoor Dining Enhancement Program. This special event will highlight the impact of Rounds One and Two, showcasing beautifully enhanced outdoor dining spaces that have helped transform our city’s restaurant scene.
Come hear inspiring stories directly from the grant recipients, learn how these projects came to life, and celebrate the creativity and resilience of Kansas City’s small business community.

Parking Instructions:
- There are 2 parking garage entrances – on the south and east sides of the building (4622 Pennsylvania Ave / same building and garage as Ocean Prime)
- Take a ticket when entering the garage. We will provide a validation ticket free of charge for your departure.
- You may park on any floor in any unreserved spot. Floors P1 and P6 have direct elevators to the 15th Floor. P2-P5 will require you to take the elevators to the Lobby (P1) before you can proceed to 15.
