The Outdoor Council of Canada Field Leader Certification is a comprehensive two-day program designed to equip outdoor enthusiasts with the skills and knowledge necessary to safely lead groups into the wilderness. This certification is ideal for outdoor educators, leaders of outdoor clubs, and anyone who wants to enhance their ability to lead groups in natural environments.

Course Content:

• Day 1 (Classroom): Dive into the fundamentals of outdoor leadership, navigation, emergency preparedness, environmental stewardship, and group dynamics in a classroom setting. Participate in interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities to build a solid foundation of knowledge.
• Day 2 (Outdoor): Put your learning into practice during a full day of outdoor activities and simulations.
