Come and enjoy a film with friends and family in the beautiful surroundings of Knole's Green Court. Based on the unforgettable character created by Roald Dahl in his book, 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', 'Wonka' tells the story of a young Willy Wonka and his dreams of opening a chocolate shop.If all the talk of chocolate has you tempted, drinks and sweet treats will be available to buy from The Little Green Truck Company. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic.
The Gatehouse Tower will be open for you to explore from 6.30pm, and then settle down as the sun sets with the film starting at around 7.30pm.
Film rated PG. Children admitted at parent's discretion. All children must have their own ticket. Under 2s are free. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the Gatehouse Tower.
Please bring your own chairs and blankets. The film screening will go ahead no matter the weather, so dress accordingly (no umbrellas please). Even on a warm day it will become cool later in the evening, so please bring plenty of layers.
A limited number of early bird tickets are available at a reduced price of £12 per person. From 1 July 2024 onwards, or earlier if the early bird tickets sell out, the ticket price per person is £15.
This event is not suitable for dogs.
