TruFusion STL's certified instructor will take you through a 45 minute Bodyweight Bootcamp class which will incorporate burts of cardio, and strength training! Class will take place in the center of West Port Plaza!
Our classes are achievable for people at ALL LEVELS, and we are devoted to providing a
supportive and educational environment. Our instructors guide with each student’s individual
skill set in mind!
PROVIDED EQUIPMENT: RESISTANCE BAND
NOT PROVIDED: YOGA MAT, WATER - PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN
