CLASS DETAILSTaught by Deb Dean of Twisted Fitness, E-town, this class is a fun way to find a deeper stretch while connecting with nature. You will fly solo or share a trapeze with a partner, depending on class size. This class is for participants of all levels ranging from no experience to the accomplished aerial yogi or yogini.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before start time, in front of the large, yellow barn, class will meet behind the barn. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water, and dress for outdoors. Leggings and tee shirt covering the armpits are good clothing options.
FEE $25 payable at time of registration
IN CASE OF RAIN we will attempt to reschedule and will notify you of makeup date via phone or email and announce on social media.
