*Note, date change from original post*280 years ago, a portion of plantation Number 4 was fortified to create a safe space for the town's folks. By the time of the 1754, Number 4, now Charlestown, was a very busy frontier town and would become entangled with the activities of Robert Rogers, the making of the Crown Point Road, and the beginning of John Stark's career.
Join us for an open-air experience on September 27th and 28th as world militaries and civilians from a range of periods are on display at Old Fort 4.
Admission:
For adults admission is $12.00, Students 5-17 $8.00, Seniors (over 65) and Military $10.00, Children under 5 are free.
*There is NO smoking of ANY kind within the palisade*
