Out of Office Event
Join the adidas Woodbridge Store for an afternoon of Wellness and Networking including a Mat Pilates Class with Fitness with Danielle, hosted by Alexandria Advertising! This event is in support of local food banks in the area! Don't miss this chance to workout, network, and shop, while making a difference in the community this thanksgiving season.
IN ORDER TO ATTEND
In order to attend you MUST bring a minimum of 3 food cans for entry into the event and to shop the discount.
FOR ENTRY INTO THE RAFFLE
In order to be entered into the raffle, you must bring a minimum of 1 food can per raffle ticket. This is a separate donation from your entry donation.

1:00 p.m. - Check In
1:30 p.m. - Mat Pilates Class with Fitness with Danielle (45-Min)
Available for those who select the General Admission + Mat Pilates Class Ticket
Networking + Shopping to start for those who select the General Admission Ticket
2:15 p.m. - Social Hour, Network + Shop
3:45 p.m. - Raffle Winner Announced
4:00 p.m. - Event Concludes
Venue Information
Check-In: Please arrive by 1:00 p.m. for check-in. Remember to bring the following:
- A digital or physical copy of your ticket for a smooth check-in process.
- 3 Non-perishable food items for entry into the event.
- Additional: Extra food items to be entered into the raffle (1 Food Can per Raffle Ticket)
What to Bring: If you are participating in the Mat Pilates class, please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Facilities: This is an outdoor event, happening rain or shine, dress according to the weather! Please note, there are no washrooms on site.
Social + Event Sponsors
Social: Social gathering and networking opportunity will take place both during and after the Mat Pilates Class accompanied by light refreshments.
Gift Bags + Event Sponsors: Each participant will receive a gift bag filled with goodies from our event sponsors as well as an invitation from the adidas Woodbridge store to shop items at a discount.
