Out For Joy

Out For Joy is a one-day, intergenerational retreat dedicated to the cultivation and expression of joy. In a world that often feels heavy, choosing joy is a powerful act. Join us for a soul-nourishing day of sound healing, meditation, yoga, journaling, song, drumming and dance, as we uplift ourselves and each other in community.

3:10-3:50pm                   Drumming and Dancing with Luc Bambara

• Lunch is included in the registration fee.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• A journal and pen will be given to each participant.
• When The Village Meditates will have someone taking pictures and filming at Out For Joy.
