About this Event
Background
Out for Business is a curated networking series for LGBTQ+ business owners, executives, creatives, and decision-makers across California. The goal is simple: put high-value people in the same room and make it easier for them to find each other.
We focus on one thing: meaningful connection. Not speed networking, not hard selling. We create space for conversations that lead to partnerships, referrals, visibility, and new opportunities. Our commitment is to build real relationships within the LGBTQ+ business community — and with the allies who invest in it.
Out for Business events are intentionally hosted in LGBTQ-owned or LGBTQ-affirming venues. We believe economic power lives in our community, and we treat these evenings as part networking, part visibility, part economic development.
Who You’ll Meet
This event is for adults 21+ and generally attracts professionals across a wide range of industries. Typical attendees include:

People positioning themselves for their next move, looking to connect with the right network rather than a random room.
You do not have to be a Chamber member to attend. You do not have to already “be established.” You do have to be serious about showing up for yourself and for the people in the room.
Event Overview
Hosted on the entire second floor of the building, Creative Recovery LA is LGBTQ-owned and operatied.
