WHAT IS OUSEBURN FESTIVAL?
Ouseburn Festival is a free annual arts and culture event that showcases Ouseburn Valley -- the place and its people. This year, the event will take place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July 2024.
The event offers free, accessible and high-quality cultural experiences for people who live, work and play in Ouseburn Valley, whilst attracting new visitors from across the North East to the area.
The programme is a diverse mix of outdoor and in-venue music, art, dance, crafts, wellbeing and entertainment events, workshops and activities. The programme’s offering celebrates the people, businesses, and organisations who call the area home, be that musicians who found their start in the area’s practice rooms and open-mic nights or visual artists who reside in one of Ouseburn Valley’s many studios. Ouseburn Festival utilises unique green spaces as much as the well-loved local venues.
