On average, Latinas earn just 52 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men. On October 9, 2025, join ALPFA Baltimore’s Women of ALPFA for Our Worth, Our Wealth, Our Future: Closing the Pay Gap for Latinas — an empowering evening of awareness, action, and advocacy.

This collaborative event with Towson University and sponsored by United Way & District KARE, will feature an engaging panel discussion focused on strategies for achieving pay equity, building wealth, and advancing Latina leadership.
