Come join the STEM Discovery Centre last public event for 2025.

• Tickets are *£9 per person (under 2s go free).
• We have two slots available,10:00am arrival or 12:30pm arrival.
• This event has limited spaces and is bookable on a first come first served basis! Once tickets are gone, they’re gone.

While you're here, prepare to be amazed! You'll have the chance to explore our captivating exhibits, experience a stunning 3D film showcasing the Seven Wonders of the Solar System, and witness a truly rare spectacle, the latest prototype of the ExoMars rover, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for space enthusiasts and curious minds alike.

Children's activity

From doodle to deep space: create your own shrink-art space keyring

Cost £4 per person

Minimum Age: 3 years

Note: Children under 5 must be supervised by an adult during this activity

Family Activity

Programme a mini Mars Rover! – Using Lego Mindstorms, learn how Airbus would send instructions to the ExoMars rover and then try it out for yourself!

Cost: £6 per family

Group Size: Up to 6 participants per family

Its going to be exciting, creative and educational fun filled family time.

(Additional Activity tickets will be available to book 10 days before the event. A booking link will be sent directly to the email address used for admission).

All attending participants including children require a valid Eventbrite ticket

Each ticket purchased allows one person access to the facility for your chosen time slot. Under 2s visit for free.. Under no circumstance will visitors be allowed to stay past their chosen time slot. All tickets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

All children MUST be accompanied by an adult (18 years+). Children must be supervised at all times. Maximum of five children per one adult (this includes under 2s). Any groups who have more than five children per adult will be refused entry on the day and will NOT receive any refund.

Additional Activities

Purchased admission tickets will recieve an email with a link to add additional activities 30 days prior to the event.

Please bare in mind the activities have limited spaces and will be on a first come first served basis!

Photography:

Photographs and/or videos will be taken at the event. By taking part in the event you grant the event organisers full right to use the images/videos taken for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the centre’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

If you or your children do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on arrival. You will then be given a sticker to wear so that we can easily locate and delete any photographs that you may have been present for. It is your responsibility to ensure your sticker is visible at all times. The centre will not be held responsible for published photos whereby a sticker is not visible. Please bear in mind that other visitors will also be taking photographs on the day.
