Guided Wellness Circle:
Join holistic hormone & women's health coach, Dana Ariele Chwatt, for a powerful interactive wellness circle. Expect a discussion on understanding cortisol, one of our main stress hormones, and learn how it impacts our overall health- and how to actually lower yours in NYC and beyond. Dana will also dive into how food plays a key role in managing stress and hormone balance. Join us for an opportunity to connect, share, and learn together!
Community Hour & Connection:
During our community hour, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women and enjoy delicious refreshments provided by our partners.
