One Leg Longer Than the Other? It’s Not as Weird as You Think…
Everyone seems surprised that Mets pitcher Edwin Díaz had this issue - which took him out of a game because of hip pain - and that he felt better after his trainer did something to get his legs back to even. But guess what? This is actually super common.
Most of the time, your legs are the same length. What’s happening is a rotation at the SI (sacroiliac) joint, which can make one leg seem shorter. This rotation can throw everything off: your pelvis, hips, low back, knees, even your jaw and neck. Headaches? Sciatica? Foot pain? Yep, all can be connected.
The real problem? Most people don’t even know to look at leg length, and those who do often have no idea what to do about it.
For years, Susan has been helping people unwind this pattern with a gentle, quick, and effective home exercise. This workshop is for you if you are interested in how to restore balance, ease pain, and feel more at home in your body. Come learn how something so small can make a huge difference.
