About this Event

Bring your own mat and any other props you'd like (block, towels, water, straps, etc.)

The practice will be heavily influence by what you as a practitioner need that day. This means that it might be slow and juicy or energizing and sweaty. This is a space only for the Global Majority. A space where we are more than welcomed or included but a space that is created specifically with us in mind. By us for us.

Donation-first (or no pay at all) so that financial barriers to care are minimized and community care is maximized. 15% of each class’s donations will go directly and immediately to a monthly, community chosen organization working for social justice.
