This is a group for the rising consciousness of women. A safe place to come together and face our lives with accountability and humility. This is a gathering where we learn how The Universe is aligning with us, if we allow ourselves to align with it.
We are in a hot yoga room and I try to maintain 81* so dress for summer and comfort.
Please bring everything you need to be comfortable on the ground (Mats, pillows,blankets (extras of all are helpful to your relaxation)
Please bring your water
Bring a journal and a *pen to jot your ideas down
You are encouraged to bring any crystals or treasures that help you focus and relax
Bring yourself as you are, you are always welcome in my classroom
The cost of a seat here is $20. Much time is invested in these classes and you will get out of them what you put into them.
