About this Event
Join Our Path Home for a comprehensive training designed to equip housing and service providers with the tools and knowledge to better serve survivors.
Facilitated by the WCA, this training focuses on key areas such as trauma-informed and survivor-centered practices to ensure housing and services meet survivors’ needs. The session will also cover safety planning and confidentiality protocols, including how to effectively assess individual safety needs and implement strong confidentiality practices. Additionally, the training emphasizes incorporating the rights, voices, and perspectives of survivors into programs, ensuring that their experiences are respected and their needs prioritized.
Whether you are new to the field or looking to enhance your approach, this training offers essential insights and strategies to support survivors in meaningful, sustainable ways. Professionals and organizations providing housing and support services to survivors are especially encouraged to attend.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
