Our Monthly Thai Night is a special nod to how Eight began. Before opening the restaurant, Kish spent years as a street food trader, cooking authentic Thai dishes from a converted horsebox. That journey made his dream of opening a restaurant in his hometown a reality.Held on the last Wednesday of every month, Thai Night celebrates its roots with a menu of authentic Thai recipes, crafted using the finest British produce.
