Welcome to Our Inner Hearth Event!
Come join us in the cosy Rose Room of Soulfire Studios for an evening dedicated to inviting warmth and love back into our hearts! Fill your cup first! At this time of year a lot is often demanded of us, and alongside the gray British darkness we can be left feeling drained and cold. Come give yourself some, well deserved, tender loving care.
Held by the sweet wisdom of the Rose and the nurturing embrace of Mama Cacao you will be invited to devote back to yourself, offering all the energy you so readily spend on others back into your own inner heart. By candle light you will be lead through restorative breath techniques and gentle yoga poses, alongside guided meditation and Tibetan sound bowls. I will guide you through Gua-sha techniques with blessed Rose Quartz stones to help soften the muscles of your face and ease away tension.
