it is easy to feel lonely, disconnected, full of grief and anxiety. it can be hard to remember that we carry the medicine of hope and gratitude within us. throughout my journey, i’ve been through cycles of hope and despair. i always find that if i can guide myself back to gratitude and love, that i’m able to pour that into the lives of those around me.
i’m a believer in love and gratitude as one of our greatest medicines. i also believe that we are most able to connect to that medicine when we are surrounded with others on the same path. i believe that there is power and strength in knowing we are not alone. i believe that we need each other to remind us that we can make a difference in this world if we choose to tend to our own hearts.
this fall, i’m offering a weekend retreat centered around the themes of the equinox. �our grateful hearts
i hope you’ll join me in new harmony, indiana for a weekend of heart centered connection as we celebrate the autumnal equinox.
9/20/24-9/22/24, we will gather at barn abbey and you’ll be provided with opportunities to connect to your divine heart as we cultivate gratitude for the gifts in our lives.

i am beyond grateful to have the chance to connect with you and share this weekend.
barn abbey is located in new harmony, indiana, a 2 hour drive from new albany, and is situated on the wabash river.
the venue has quaint rooms with bunk beds and dressers. our gathering space is beautiful and overlooks cornfields with the wabash in the distance.
the walking trails that surround the venue are easy to maneuver and follow the wabash river. the town of new harmony is very walkable with some beautiful spots to be still with yourself and feel the peace that comes with solitude and gratitude
you’ll nourish your body with organic meals prepared for you throughout your stay. gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options will be available.

the itinerary:
�welcoming reception begins friday at 3pm CST
opening circle will begin at 530pm with dinner to follow
Saturday you’ll have the opportunity to engage in yoga practice, breathwork, journaling exercises, creative expression, time in nature, and sharing.
��sunday will offer more opportunities for restoration and connection.
we will end with closing circle in the early afternoon. �checkout is at 2pm CST
you always have sovereignty to spend your time as you feel called. feel free to customize this experience to whatever your spirit needs.
