About this Event
Residents, patients, carers, businesses and interested parties from across the local area are invited to come along to public information sessions to hear more about plans for a new Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King’s Lynn.
Hosted by the CEO Alice Webster, along with dedicated New QEH team members, these events will bring you up to date on the large-scale work going on behind the scenes to deliver a new QEH by 2030.
Attendees will have chance to hear about plans for the New QEH, progress and plans for our new multi-storey car park, as well as a timeline and update on future developments as we move through this major project.
Learn more about how modern methods of construction mean the building will be carbon neutral, sustainable, digitally enabled and have the longevity to serve generations to come. They will also outline the ongoing engagement sessions taking place with staff across the QEH to inform the new hospital layout.
Attendees will receive an update on continued work on our current hospital building, as well as the range of modernising projects taking place across the site. This will include our new Community Diagnostic Centre, opening in September, which will further enhance our new hospital when it opens on the site in 2030.
Refreshments will be available. Doors open from 6.15pm, with presentations starting 6.30pm. Parking is available at the venue.
